It's what we do differently that makes us stand out. Audio & Visual - All our questions are on our large screens for all to see, you can customise your event by choosing how many rounds of questions, the games and add to the atmosphere of your event with our colored lights and mobile video disco. Triviology is a Gippsland / Melbourne South East based locally run trivia night company that takes the hassle out of running any trivia night. We've been running trivia nights / hosting nightclub tours / M.C'ing weddings, awards nights and functions plus and DJ'ing for the past 35 years. We can set up wherever you are - big or small.
No other trivia company shows you the total price before you make an enquiry.
And only Triviology guarantees "Free" on air advertising of your fundraising event to help get you more paying bums on seats. And as most of our hosts are on air crew of local radio station 531 3GG we will make sure that your event will get plenty of on air mentions in the lead up to your event.

Deaksy - (Gippsland Radio Host for 22 years)
A part of the Gippsland for over 2 decades - Deaksy has woken up Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley on 531 3GG breakfast for 14 years and 3TR & 3GV for 7 years. Deaksy's quick wit and cheeky brand of humour is sure to be a hit with both younger and older audiences. Deaksy should have been a Game Show Host but gets to live out his passion at every event he does.
John Blackman - (Dickie Knee's Keeper)
Best known for his role on the iconic "Hey Hey It's Saturday" as the man of a thousand voices - Blackers has also been a part of the radio landscape as well as a master of ceremonies with a one liner repertoire second to none. John's nights are stripped back events where he reads out the trivia questions are read out and not on a screen. Note Due to illness John is unavailable til late 2020

Gail - (Event Manager 15 Years)
Gail is a mature woman who likes Pina Colada, and getting caught in the rain - is not into health food and loves her champagne. An ex trucker who decided to give up the jeans and steel cap boots 15 years ago for a pair of stilettos and some lipstick and get back to her passion …Radio. Like all women, Gail loves talking and has been working as a professional MC, Conference host and trainer for decades. With a rather unique turn of phrase and a dry sense of humour – Gail will really get you thinking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Scoring Your Night
99% of Trivia Nights will use the "Honesty System" to correct the answer sheets - this is where at the end of the round each table will "Swap" the answer sheets with their neighboring table to correct their answers. Others prefer to have the answers corrected by a intermediary who is not playing the trivia game. You are free to supply your own person or for an additional cost we can provide one thus freeing up more people to enjoy your night.
To have Triviology provide an additional scorer will be an additional $150

NOTE - A Deposit is not required to secure your night - however we do ask that the TOTAL remaining amount to be paid either in cash before we set up on the night or via cheque or bank transfer 3 days prior to event.
Triviology is insured for public liability
You have a couple of jobs on your "To Do List"
1/. The 'bums on seats' - it's up to you to get the numbers there.
2/. Venue - hall, function centre, gym - somewhere with a roof, tables and power
3/. The Prizes - for the winning table and possibly the wooden spooners
4/. If it is a fundraising night - you might like to organise items for either Auction [Silent / Normal or both] and items to raffle or to be won as part of fundraising games [eg. Pot of Gold, Gold Coin Nearest the Item]
We can also put you in touch with a Memorabilia companies that will provide items on a consignment basis [sale or return] with you keeping the money that is made beyond the reserve.
We provide all the answer sheets for the night, the questions, the games, the bonus round - right down to the pens on tables plus can provide raffle ticket books and some of the other things that often get overlooked. Our nights a mixture of fun and function with all our questions, videos and more projected onto a screen.
We also realise how hard it is to raise funds for a good cause so want to help you make the most of your night! We'll make sure we take the pressure off organisers by providing professional event that is entertaining and is talked about for ages.
And when your trivia night is over - doesn't mean the fun has to stop! Ask about options to have our hosts Video DJ the rest of the night til it's time to send everyone home. We love to specialise in 80's Video Music and have a large selection to get everyone up.
Our trivia events can comfortably incorporate many types of fundraising activities like raffles, silent auctions and other money-raising games.
Once you have sent us your booking, we will confirm your date and event and then talk with you to help you to plan your event.
